MyOwnPlans.com plans are licensed to the user of the plan and are
subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. In return for a payment of a onetime fee, MyOwnPlans.Com and their associated designers, grant you unlimited license to use their plan(s) in construction of one or more homes.

2. Licensee may change or modify their licensed plan(s), although licensee shall accept complete and full responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of any/all changes made.

3. Altered plans are considered derivatives of the original plan and copyright belongs to MyOwnPlan.Com or their associated designer.

4. Alterations made to a MyOwnPlans.Com plan may not infringe upon the copyright of another architect, designer, drafter or contractor.

5. All Plans, including altered or derivative plans, shall bear the name of the original copyright holder. All logos and company information shall remain on the plan(s) or derivative(s).

6. Licensee may add their name, address, phone number, and/or client name on the plan(s), as long as such information does not interfere with or remove the logo or information on the existing plan.

7. Any party, other than the licensee, accessing MyOwnPlans.Com plans may assist in alterations & engineering and may retain record of original plan or derivatives for one year only. No party, other than licensee, may use a MyOwnPlans.Com plan for any personal or commercial use. Plans may not be loaded or sold for any reason.

8. Licensee may not loan or sell MyOwnPlans.Com plans to any third party(s). MyOwnPlans.Com plans shall be used only by licensee.

9. Licensee will be held liable and fully responsible for any infringement of this agreement and licensee agrees to pay all court costs and attorney fees in the enforcement of this agreement. In the event that licensee infringes any copy right of MyOwnPlans.Com or their associated designers, licensee will be held liable and responsible for the amount of $150,000.00 per copyright infringement, plus all court costs and attorney fees.

10. The licensed MyOwnPlans.Com plans are produced to meet currently accepted building codes. Licensee may need to update plans from time to time, per building code requirements in the area in which the plan is to be built. Any updates may be done at licensee's expense. Engineering is not included with MyOwnPlans.Com plans. Licensee is responsible for securing any required engineering and shall be responsible for the payment of any associated fees.
